Eataly at the Park MGM simulates an Italian marketplace with full-service restaurants and bars.
There are various walk-up stands where you can order meat and cheese boards, pizza, pasta, gelato, espresso, pastries, and other authentic Italian cuisines. There are plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy your small plates.
There are also bars to grab a quick drink and a couple of sit-down restaurants. La Pizza & La Pasta is one of the restaurants, and you can probably guess what they serve by the name. The other restaurant, Manzo, is an Italian Grill. All of these options make it convenient to pop in for a quick experience, or you can easily spend an entire evening here.
In addition to eating, visitors also have the opportunity to shop and learn. The Market features Italian-made ingredients that the chefs on-site use. If you discover a meal you love, you can find the ingredients to make it at home. The Wine Shop features a large selection of Italian wine, beer, and liquor that you won’t find anywhere else in Vegas.
The Chef’s Table normally features classes and events to teach diners how Italian dishes are made in an up-close and personal environment. Unfortunately, these experiences are on hold right now. But you can still see the chefs working around the market, using fresh ingredients.
The marketplace is open daily, so pop in to dine, shop, and experience a taste of Eataly. Ciao!
